To get a better idea of what makes a successful poster, I decided to research posters made by other designers. I've looked at posters from a range of themes and motives as I didn't want to be too strongly influenced by designers who have shared the same brief as me. However, to broaden my knowledge on the subject matter, I do need to research other posters.
